How buy requests (RFQ) work
Post what you need, let suppliers compete with offers.
What is a buy request?
A buy request (also called an RFQ — Request for Quote) lets you describe what you need in bulk. Verified suppliers then send competing offers.
Create a request
Go to Buy Requests → Post Request. Enter the product name, quantity, delivery location, deadline, and optional budget range.
Receive offers
Suppliers browse open requests and submit offers with price per unit, minimum quantity, and estimated delivery time.
Compare and accept
Review all offers side by side in the offer comparison table. Accept the best one — other offers are automatically rejected.
Escrow protection
Once an offer is accepted, the standard escrow process applies. Your payment is protected until you confirm receipt of goods.
