How orders work for sellers

Understand what happens when a buyer purchases your item.

When a buyer purchases your item, you'll get a notification. The buyer's payment is held in escrow.

Package the item securely. Check the order details for delivery address and any variant selections.

If using platform delivery, a driver will be assigned. If self-delivering, mark the order as shipped when you send it.

Once the buyer receives the item and confirms, the escrow funds are released to your wallet.
