How escrow releases funds to sellers

When and how you receive payment for completed orders.

When a buyer pays, the money goes into escrow. You cannot access it until the order is completed.

When the buyer confirms they received the item, the escrow releases funds to your Dukan wallet immediately.

If the buyer doesn't confirm or dispute within the auto-release window, funds are automatically released to you.

A small platform fee is deducted when funds are released. The remaining amount is credited to your wallet.
