How to withdraw earnings

Move your funds from Dukan wallet to your mobile money or bank account.

Go to your Wallet to see your available balance. Note: pending escrow funds cannot be withdrawn until released.

Tap 'Withdraw', enter the amount, and select your mobile money or bank account. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply.

Withdrawals are processed within 24–48 hours. Mobile money transfers are typically faster than bank transfers.

You'll receive a notification when the withdrawal is complete. The transaction appears in your wallet history.
