How delivery works

Learn about delivery options and what to expect when your item ships.

Sellers may offer platform delivery (via Dukan drivers), self-delivery, or pickup. The available options are shown at checkout.

Once your order ships, you can track its status in real time from your orders page. You'll receive notifications at each stage.

When the delivery arrives, inspect the item before confirming receipt. If delivered by a Dukan driver, the driver will wait for you to verify.

If delivery is late or the item is damaged, you can contact support or raise a dispute. Your payment remains in escrow until resolved.
