How to get verified and build trust on Dukan.

Verified accounts have higher trust scores, can list higher-value items, and unlock higher withdrawal limits.

Go to Profile → Verification. Upload a valid government-issued ID (national ID, passport, or driver's licence).

Our team reviews submissions within 24–48 hours. You'll be notified once verification is approved or if additional information is needed.

Higher tiers unlock more features. Tier 1 is basic identity verification. Tier 2 and 3 include address verification and business documentation.
