Your withdrawal request has been submitted and is waiting for review.
Processing
Your withdrawal has been approved and is being sent to your mobile money account. This typically takes a few minutes.
Completed
Funds have been successfully sent to your mobile money account.
Rejected
Your withdrawal was rejected. This can happen if your account is under review or if there's a verification issue. The funds remain in your wallet.
What can I withdraw?
Only your Available balance can be withdrawn. Pending funds (held in escrow) and frozen funds cannot be withdrawn until they are released.
How long does it take?
Most withdrawals complete within 5 minutes. During peak hours or network congestion, it may take up to 24 hours.
Why was my withdrawal rejected?
Common reasons include: account under review, verification incomplete, or the destination number is invalid. Your funds remain safe in your wallet — you can retry after resolving the issue.
